TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Account Registration. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time and must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account and passwords.
MEMBERSHIPS AND PROMO CODES
MEMBERSHIPS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EACH MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT PROCESSING ON THE 15TH OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
Promo Codes. Flygirl Box, from time to time may offer promotional codes or coupons for discounts. Limit one promotional code per customer. Coupons and promo codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for credit, cash, or toward previous purchases. Any promotional program may be terminated or modified by Flygirl Box at any time. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount. Promotional codes are void where prohibited and must be redeemed by the date published.
Cancellation Policy. There are no cancellation fees. Memberships may be cancelled any time, subject to these Terms and the Flygirl Box membership terms. Canceling an order prevents future automatic payments from being processed and does not cancel any order that was processed prior to cancelation. In order to cancel your Membership, you must log in to your account and navigate to "Manage Subscription". If you have trouble accessing your account, need assistance, or need your activation link resent to you, please email us at email@example.com.
TERMS OF SALE
This applies to the purchase of your product and shop items:
Availability and Pricing. The prices you see are for United States and Canada only and are in US dollars. Flygirl Box reserves the right to change the prices of the products and memberships at any time. Any purchase you have already paid for will not be affected. Products for sale on the site may be in limited quantities and the availability of the products may change at any time.
Purchasing Products. When making a purchase on our site, you are making an offer. We do not accept your offer until we ship your product. We have the right to correct any transaction or billing that has taken place before we ship out the product. In the event there are inaccuracies, the product is unavailable, errors, or any other reason, we will contact you via email.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipment. If you do not receive your shipment or if the Product is damaged, please contact us within two (2) weeks of purchase. It is in our discretion to offer refunds on our Products or provide a replacement. We are not responsible if you provide inaccurate shipping details. If you have an international shipment you must claim your box in the given time frame your mail carrier specifies. If your shipment is unclaimed by you and returned to Flygirl Box, we are not responsible and all postage fees fall on you. If you want your box shipped back to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an invoice to cover postage fees at cost. Discounted postage fees will not be offered. Once you receive your invoice you will have 30 days to pay the postage fees. If the invoice for the postage fees remains unpaid in the 30 days, you will be forfeiting your box.
Orders. We will not be liable if a Product is unavailable or if shipment is delayed. We have the right to deny any order cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled. We have the right to refuse orders, memberships or quantities.
Returns. All sales are final. Returns and substitutes of products is not allowed. Returns are only accepted for The Shop purchases within 30 days of the date of purchase, excluding all Subscription Box purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product from The Shop, please contact us at email@example.com. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
Exchanges Exchanges are not allowed. You may, however, exchange products purchased from The Shop, excluding Subscription Box purchases. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Personal Use Only. Products are for your personal use only. You are not allowed to sell any product, recipe file download, or service you receive from us. By making a purchase on our site, you agree to use the products or services for personal use only.
Payment. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the purchases you make. A complete transaction is contingent upon: (a) acceptance of your payment (b) authorization of the payment by your credit or debit card company, and (c) you providing complete personal, account, transaction and any other information needed. We may cancel payments or prevent you from future payments for any reason including the following: if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity regarding a payment; if we detect, in our sole discretion, that your payments have excessive disputes, high reversal rates or present a relatively high risk of losses; or failure to to provide additional information when requested. If we cancel your payment, we will notify you by email.
Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss/Damage. By making a purchase on our site, you agree for us to use a delivery service for shipment. The title passes from us to you during delivery and we are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage of products. We are acting on your behalf and and reserve the right to use any delivery service and packaging. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments.
Taxes. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that are required to pay at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for an duties or custom fees. If you are charged duties or custom fees upon the arrival of your shipment, you are responsible for paying all fees.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO FLYGIRL BOX
License to Flygirl Box. Flygirl Box will be entitled to use any content submitted by you without incurring obligations of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to you. By sharing, submitting or uploading any User Content, you grant Flygirl Box a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, transmit, adapt, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble and create derivative works from your User Content in any manner existing now or created in the future. You also grant us the right to use the name or any information that is submitted including but not limited to, flight attendant stories or publications for newsletters.
Your Responsibility. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all the User Content that you upload or share on the Site. When sharing User Content, you acknowledge that it is accurate and correct.
No Obligations Regarding User Content. Flygirl Box has the right to remove or edit any User Content for any reason or no reason at all and is not obligated to compensate you.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES
Intellectual Property Rights. All content on the Site made available including but not limited to, the text, photos, logos, images, videos, and sounds used to provide the Site and/or Services, are owned by or licensed to Flygirl Box. Content on the Site is for your information and personal use only. You are not allowed to copy, steal, or share our Programs, Products, Services or Material, or any part of them. You may not in anyway reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever. Using the Site and/or Services does not give you any ownership of or right.
Resolution. If you have any dispute with us, you agree that before taking any formal action, you will contact us at email@example.com, provide a written description of the dispute and your contact information, including your username. We will attempt to reach an agreed upon resolution.
